about me

My name is David Swartz, im 18 years old and I live in philly. I have lived here for the past 11 years and before that I lived in upstate New York. I go to Tyler school of art, and I'm thinking about, and prolly will, major in graphic design and or illustration. I'm going to Tyler cause I don't think I could do anything else except art for a living. Not because I can't do anything else, but just because I'm really just not interested in anything except art.

 I have been making art for as long as I can remember, but I only really got serious about it right before I went to high school. I'm not really  a vary artistic person except for the fact that I do art. What I mean is I'm far from the sterotypical artist that everyone thinks of. Personally I'm interested in all types of art, but the ones I enjoy and practice the most are graffiti and drawing/painting, although I mess around with all areas of art right now. I hope to get a job doing graphic design after I graduate but my real wish is to design clothing, which i have also been experimenting with for the past few years, and maybe have my own company at some point. 

I like all types of music except classical, and most country, but the music i listen to the most would be underground hip hop, and rock. And as far as hobbies go I mostly do graffiti when i don't have anything else i have to do. And thats pretty much all I have to say. peace
